Essay – Chenin Blanc/Viognier/Roussanne – South Africa

Aromas of pineapple, lychee, and guava. The addition of 13%Viognier and 9% Roussanne gives a touch of richness and elegant aromas of violets ans spice and has a fruity palate and fresh finish. This wine is perfect on its own but also pairs well with a wide range of foods.

Left Coast White Pinot Noir – Oregon

Soft gold in color displaying aromas of honeysuckle, vanilla, shortbread, and ripe pear. Palate is rich and round, with inviting flavors of dried apricots, peaches and cream, and pineapple, finishing with a dry mineral finish.

Straw yellow color with some green hints. A refreshing, crisp white wine with sweet ripe fruit of peach, mango, banana, and honey with warm spices and minerals. On the palate it has a rounded flavor, a creamy texture and intense, clean finish.

Bright gold with light green Reflexes, fresh and fruit-driven bouquet with notes of white peach, lime, and fresh kiwi. Smooth on the palate with aromas of white peach, yellow apple, and stone fruit.

Intense elegant nose with seductive notes of dried fruits (almonds and hazelnuts), mixing aromas of white flowers, with more fruity notes of pineapple and peaches. The palate is well balanced characterized by a buttery and creamy structure with tangy nuances of fruit and honey.

Trementi, Chardonnay, Viognier, Terre Siciliane, Italy

Two grape varietals combined to create aromas of exotic citrus, white peach, and honeysuckle. Palate is full, yet elegant and well balanced. Slight oak ageing gives this wine a creamy complexity with notes of vanilla and nutmeg.

Ruby red color with deeper hues of indigo. Fruity aromas of black cherries, blueberries, and plums combined subtle notes of tobacco, sweet basil, and vanilla. On the palate the wine is soft, fresh, and round with a finish that hints of spice and brown sugar. This wine supports the Humane Society of the United States & has a clean label award!

Hangtime, Pinot Noir, California

Aromas of bright red fruit, plum and cassis with touches of coffee and vanilla. The silky mouthfeel supple tannins contribute to a long and satisfying finish.

Elouan, Pinot Noir, Coastal regions, Oregon

Dark magenta in color, this wine opens with aromas of dark chocolate, dried plum, marionberry, and a hint of white pepper and clove. Robert Hall, Cabernet Sauvignon, Paso Robles

Dark ruby red color with black currant and hints of cedar and spice. This full-bodied wine has cocoa aromas echoed by rich persistent flavors of plush ripe fruit, dark chocolate and anise balanced by rich velvety tannins.

Juggernaut, Cabernet Sauvignon, Hillside, California

French oak beautifully transforms intense hillside fruit into a wine with uncommon richness and smooth, luxurious texture. Inviting aromatics of anise, black fruit, and cassis, dense and velvety complemented with vanilla and ripe black currants.

Refosco

100% Refosco – Red with violet reflections. Fruity, reminiscent of wild blackberry, raspberry, and wild berries. Full-bodied and a balanced acidity.

Raboso Boron- 100% Roboso

Semi-sparkling ruby red with violet reflections. The aromas of the wine are Morello cherries and black currants. Flavors are fruity, vinous, medium sweet palate with good acidity.

Recioto Di Soave Sweet wine - Italy

Straight bourbon whiskey made up of 70% Kentucky Corn, 21% Rye, and 9% Malted Barley.

Jack Daniel’s Select Single Barrel

A delicious dose of banana bread, caramel, and heavily toasted oak with the slightest hint of ethanol on the nose. The palate has toasted oak, dried banana chips, and caramel. Overall, a simple profile that is easy to enjoy.

Kentucky Straight Bourbon $20

Old Forrester

Aroma is sharp and sweet, with a strong floral character that swirls with hints of mint, rich tobacco leaf and vanilla. Hints of oak, sweet corn, and rye grain. Spicy, with soft vanilla and light orange notes.

Woodford Reserve

Notes of honey and spice, leather, a touch of cocoa, a little smoke, toasty oak, and vanilla cream with a hint of butterscotch. The palate is thick and full with flavors of espresso beans, winter spice, ground ginger, almond oil and toastey oak with a little rum.

Knob Creek

Thick caramel, oak, lightly toasted marshmallows, and a hint of vanilla. The palate is sweet vanilla, followed by light oak, green peppercorns, and a hint of caramel, and cream brulee.

Premium Tequila Flight $40

Clase Azul Plata

Very delicate aroma with sweet, candied notes of papaya, mango, and lemon zest. Notes of caramelized brown sugar and soft black pepper. The finish is long with flavors of butterscotch, and crystallized honey.

Clase Azul Reposado

Sweet and rich, with notes of cooked agave, vanilla, and banana cream pie, with a hint of clove and soft pepper. This reposado is smoothbeyond it’s age but rich with fruity, woody, and vanilla flavors.

Don Julio 1942 Anejo

A complex, aromatic, anejo tequila, aged longer than most anejos. Aromas of butterscotch, dried grass, and old wood. On the palate full and creamy with white pepper, mint, cinnamon, and sweet caramels. The finish is long with a taste reminiscent of churros dipped in Mexican Chocolate.
